Fairuz or better known as Fai has been with Habit SG from Day 1 and have changed the lives of the members who have walked into our doors. Fitness has been a part of his life for as long as he can remember. A Post Grad in Dietetics, he has helped numerous clients understand the importance of eating right through his unorthodox approach. His driven character rubs on his clients who in turn are driven to achieve their goals.

Ridhwan ‘TCW’

A professional athlete who has represented Singapore on the global stage. Ridhwan or more famously known as “The Chosen Wan” is a graduate of Sports Exercise Science. The knowledge he has gained has helped the gym meticulously designed a scientific method to our training concept. Fitness and sports has been with him for as long as he can remember, a dedicated person in his craft and that translates to his clients who has gone a long way being under his wings.


Syazwan, a Strongman Champion and definitely the strongest person in the gym. With unmatchable energy and enthusiasm Syazwan applies a direct, educated approach to his clients and training. A qualification in physiotherapy has helped him understand the human body better than everyone else. Whatever your goals, Syazwan will put all his energy and vitality into motivating you and being apart of your health and fitness journey.

Jayden Chua

As a veteran in the sports and fitness industry, Jayden specialized in Sports (diploma) in his alma mater and has since been a certified coach. Known as a fitness enthusiast since his teenage days, his strong beliefs in sustainable fitness allowed him to devise long-term workout plans instead of chasing short-term unrealistic gains. His bespoke training programs paired with his dietary advices will support your fitness goals regardless of your background and current fitness level. Fitness is a lifestyle, not a seasonal goal.
